The Peanut Gallery

Covers from around the World

It’s been remarked that if all books were to go digital one of the (innumerable) great losses to the culture would be the cover itself—which is true, since the art of the book jacket is as compelling, suggestive, and iconic as the movie poster. It’s also a thrill for authors to see their work interpreted visually. Rights to Mr. Peanut have been secured in fourteen countries so far. Here’s a selection from the growing list.
